This custom home is our latest project in Norwalk, Iowa. It’s a modern farmhouse designed to showcase the sleek clean lines which you typically see with a more contemporary house but still gives you that country feel with the natural warm wood colors.

The grand 15' entryway welcomes you into this very open floor plan. The living room is showcased with 14' ceiling. All main level ceilings are 10’. Continuing with the modern farmhouse features you find white trim, oversized windows, black hardware/fixtures, shiplap & wood beam accents throughout this house design. The lower level has a massive bar area and gas firepit located on the patio for all the entertaining desires.

This house is a full Zip System house with subfloor and wall /roof sheathing being Zip Sheathing Panels made by Huber Wood Products. This allows this house to be very energy efficient and allows us to build in a greener way to help with energy cost.
